The CBT range of bus switches, from NXP, are high-speed TTL-compatible devices. Bus switches are low delay single transistor or transmission gate solutions for multiplexing data buses, hot swapping boards in backplanes, memory interleaving, signal conditioning and uni-direction level shifting.
