Tektronix Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes DPO2000 Series

The Tektronix MSO2000B & DPO2000B Series delivers advanced debug features at an entry-level price. With a choice of models up to 20 channels, for analyzing analog and digital signals, users can quickly find and diagnose problems in complex designs. The MSO2000B & DPO2000B models offer a deep record length of 1 Mpoints standard on all channels, facilitating the capture of long windows of signal activity while maintaining fine timing resolution. The deep record length combined with use of the Wave Inspector® navigation and search tool enables users to locate their events in seconds.
Compatible probes include: low voltage, single ended TAP1500 ( 661-3286 ); current TCP0020 ( 796-2696 ), TCP0150 ( 661-3283 ), TCP2020 ( 796-6705 ); differential, high voltage TDP0500 ( 661-3292 ), TDP1000 ( 668-7167 ), THDP0100 ( 752-7353 ), THDP0200 ( 752-7357 ), TMDP0200 ( 752-7366 ); passive TPP0100 ( 726-0035 ), TPP0200 ( 726-0038 ). Accessories available include: soft carrying case ACD2000 ( 575-589 ); hard carrying case HCTEK4321 ( 613-1510 ); rackmount kit RMD2000 ( 697-8791 ); probe adapter TPA-BNC ( 628-7540 ).
