Product Details
Easily regulate temperatures in household and commercial appliances with this capillary thermostat. It's a versatile, multi-function thermostat from RS PRO that provides reliable temperature control across a range of different situations.
A 1 mm capillary separates the main bulb of the thermostat from the contact head and moves the fluid as the pressure changes. When a pre-set temperature is reached, the capillary will break and safely cut off the circuit. The thermostat will need to be manually reset.
A chrome mounting bezel and knob makes mounting simple and easy. Thanks to changeover contacts, this device can be used in the control of both heating and cooling loads.
This capillary thermostat operates at temperatures in the range of 0°C to +40°C and is suitable for controlling temperatures in applications such as hot-water boilers or washing machines.
