The MCP9501/2/3/4 series of temperature switches feature factory-set temperature thresholds, selectable switch hysteresis and a variety of output configurations for use in temperature alarm, thermostat control, fan control, automotive, base-station and power supply critical temperature shut-down applications.

MCP9501: Has an active-low, open-drain output suitable for hot temperatures.

MCP9502: Has an active-high, push-pull output suitable for hot temperatures.

MCP9503: Has an active-low, open-drain output suitable for cold temperatures.

MCP9504: Has an active-high, push-pull output suitable for cold temperatures.
