74AHCU Family, DiodesZetex

The 74AHCU range by DiodesZetex compromises of advanced high-speed general purpose ICs. Each logic device provides six independent unbuffered inverters with standard push-pull outputs and is capable of use within a mixed voltage environment due to the inputs being tolerant up to 5.5V. 74AHCU CMOS devices also have low power consumption. The ICs are suitable for use as an inverter within a crystal oscillator. A wide array of applications are available including PCs, networking, notebooks, netbooks, computer peripherals, hard drives, CD/DVD ROMs, TVs, DVDs, DVRs and set top boxes.
