Product details

2/2 Proportional Flow Valve - 2875 Series

Burkert proportional solenoid valves provide continuously adjustable and smooth control over the flow of fluid passing through them. Unlike conventional solenoid and process valves which offer only On or off control, Burkert 2875series process valves use PWM (pulse width modulation) to give you the ability to adjust the flow from 0 to 100 percent. Design features such as the frictionless installation of the valve plunger, for exceptionally accurate adjustment and the tight sealing elastomeric seat make this the ideal valve for demanding and high accuracy control.

Features and Benefits

• Direct acting operation
• Available in either brass or stainless steel
• Excellent response time
• Globe valve operating principle
• IP65
• Plunger valve actuator
• 25 ms response time
• 16 W power consumption
• 900Hz PWM frequency
• 100% continuously rated duty cycle
• Repeatability of less than 0.5% of full scale
• Less than 5% hysteresis

Two-way Valves and Control Modules

Valves and control modules designed specifically to operate together, provide a valve opening which is proportional to the input signal and allows this to be correlated to the respective operating conditions.
